How this site was set up

Only the lab replaces {{cafe}}.

This page lives at docs/setup.html, so its address is /docs/setup.

Bookings: after php bin/raster schema --apply (in production), run php demo/seed.php once. It adds what the café and its salon take bookings for: the Dining room and its sittings, the closed days, the stylists, their hours and their services. Until then the booking forms say we aren't taking bookings online yet. Staff change all of it later on the setup page.
